Green Peas Rasoti is the mouth watering snack that you will come back for more and more and more. Simple to make and yet will highlight your evenings or a party or even in kids tiffin.
Made with healthy items like green peas, cumin, some light spices and potatoes, you cannot go wrong in this one !! Do share your feedback in the comments section below.

3 Cup mashed green peas
2 Boiled Potatoes
5 tbsp Clarified Butter/Ghee
2 tbsp Onions
3-4 Green Chilies
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1.5 tsp Chat Masala
Shev / Deep Fried Noodles.
1 Cup Bread Crumbs

1. Mix all the ingredients together except shev and make a soft dough.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
3. Toss them in a shev and place them on grill.
4. Grill it from both sides and our dish is ready.

1. Very good recipe for kids tiffin.
2. Easy and can be made very quickly.

Shev: For Garnishing
Red chili powder
Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste
Note: There is no specific proportion of ingredients in this recipe. Just use the proportion as per your liking.You can also use tortilla instead of papad.

1. Take fried papad on plate.
2. Sprinkle red chili powder on it.
3. Now add onions, followed by tomatoes.
4. Add paste of tamarind-dates-jaggery and yogurt on top of it.
5. Decorate it with shev and coriander and our dish is ready.

3/4 Cup Boiled Rice
1 Small Onion
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt: As per taste
Coriander/CIlantro: For garnishing

For Tempering:
1-2 tbsp Oil
3/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1. Keep you pan on medium heat and add oil to that.
2. Once oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida,turmeric powder and mix it well.
3. Add onions and let it cook till onions become transparent.
4. Now add boiled rice, red chili powder, salt and mix it well.
5. Decorate it with cilantro and dish is ready.

This is a famous Maharashtra - India recipe , more popular in Sangli. Rice flakes, coconut, onion, green peppers deliver a bold punch and make you want more. Enjoy this as an evening snack or even as breakfast !! You will love it.

1.5 Cup Thin Poha               
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
3/4 Cup Grated Coconut
8-10 Green Chilies
2 Onions(Medium)
8-10 Curry Leaves
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2-3 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt: as per taste
Coriander/Cilantro:for garnishing

For Tempering:
2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1. Add buttermilk,Sugar, Salt in to the pohe and keep it aside for 5-7 mins.
2. Heat oil in the pan and add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder and mix it well.
3. Now add curry leaves and green chilies and mix it well.
4. Add onions and cook them till they become transparent.
5. Next step is to add cooked onions followed by coconut and lemon juice to poha. 
6. Mix it well and our dish will be ready.
7. Garnish it with Coriander and serve it.

1 Bunch of Spring Onions (7-8 Sticks)
1/2 Bunch Of Coriander/Cilantro
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
7-8 Garlic Cloves
8-10 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Lime Juice
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt: As per taste


1. Mix all of the ingredients together except bread crumbs and grind them.
2. Now add bread crumbs, salt and mix it well to form soft dough.
3. Make small portions of the mixture and press it to form small disc.
4. Shallow fry them and our dish is ready.

Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste Recipe

A healthy, tangy paste is the important ingredients in many street food items. It will add taste to your dish. Just make it and store it in fridge for quick use.

1/2 Bowl Tamarind
3/4 Bowl Dates
1 Bowl  Jaggery
1 tsp. Cumin Powder

Recipe:1. Soak Tamarind, Dates and Jaggery overnight.2. In the morning, cook them on medium flame and let it cool for 3 to 4 hours.3. Once the mixture is cool, Grind it. While grinding add cumin powder and salt.4. Please make sure, you add sufficient amount of water to make watery paste.5. After grinding, just strain the mixture and our Tamarind paste will be ready.
