Radish Raita Recipe - Mooli Raita Recipe - Raita Recipe

Raita is an integral part of the Indian Cuisine. Paired with Biryani, Breads or even by itself, this flavorful Radish and Yogurt recipe will bring exciting flavors to your meal. Radish are healthy, good for diabetics too. Try this recipe and do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients:
2    tbsp Oil
2    tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
1    Finely chopped Green Chili
1    Medium size grated radish
3    tbsp yogurt
7-8 Curry leaves (chopped Or whole)
1.5 tsp salt
Cilantro / Coriander for garnishing

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on medium heat and add oil.
2. Once oil is hot, add cumin seeds, green chili and curry leaves.
3. Stir it till spices gives out aroma,
4. Now add grated radish and mix it for 1-2 mins.
5. Remove it on plate and add yogurt, salt. Mix it well.
6. Garnish it with coriander / cilantro.

Kadhi - A Must Try Indian Recipe

Kadhi, the name itself brings back memories of my childhood. The aroma, the taste, no wonder this is a popular Indian dish tried by all and loved by all. 
Do try this quick and easy recipe and do not forget to share your feedback.

Ingredients:
5-6 tbsp Yogurt
1 inch Ginger
2-3 Cloves Of Garlic
2 tsp Chickpea Flour
Salt: As per taste
Water: As required

For Tempering:
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
3-4 Dry Red Chilies
2 tbsp Butter
10-12 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

Recipe:
1. Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic,chickpea flour together and grind them together. Add sufficient amount of water to make a watery yogurt mixture.
2. Keep your pan on medium heat and add yogurt mixture to that.Keep stirring it.
3. Once it starts boiling, switch off the gas and keep it aside.
4. Take other pan for tempering. add butter to that. Once butter melts, add cumin seeds, red chilies, curry leaves,fenugreek seeds and mix it well.
5. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and add the tempering to yogurt mixture.
6. Keep the yogurt on on low heat again and add salt as per taste.
7. Let is cook for few more minutes and our dish is ready.
