Mumbai Bhel |
Ingredients:
2 to 3 Bowl Rice Crispies
4 to 5 tbsp. Farsan
2 to 3 tbsp. Shev
2 to 3 tbsp. Papdi
2 to 3 tbsp.Gathi
4 to 5 tbsp.Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste
2 Medium Onions
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 tsp. Red Chili Powder
For garnishing : Shev &Coriander
Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste:
Please do refer my other blog which explains detail recipe of this paste.
Recipe:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Add onions, tomatoes, Red chili powder and Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste to the mixture.
3. Mix all of this together and our 'Chatpati Bhel' is ready.
4. Garnish it with shev and Coriander/Cilantro and
Benefits:
1. One of the famous street foods of India.
2. Can be made in just few minutes.
3. A healthy dish as it contains Tamarind + Dates + Jaggery
