4-5 Onions (Finely Chopped)
1.5 bowl Chickpea flour (Daliche Peeth) Besan
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp  Asafoetida
1.5 tsp Red Chili Powder
4-5 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Oil

1. Add onions and chickpea flour.

2. Now add all the spices to the mixture.

 3. Now add oil and mix it well.

4.Now add water and mix it well. Now add green chilies to the mixture.

5. Now add salt as required and mix it properly.

6. The last step is to deep fry the bhaji's and our dish is ready :)
7. Serve it hot.

1. Can be made very quick.
2. Everybody's favorite and a great snack to have with tea and coffee.
