Ingredients:
2 Cup Boiled Sprouts
1/2 Onion: Finely Chopped
1/2 Tomato: Finely Chopped
1/2 to 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Cup paste of Tamarind-Jaggery-Dates
1/2 Cup Sev
Coriander/Cilantro: For Decoration

Recipe:
1. Take sprouts in big bowl.
2. Add onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder and mix it well.
3. Now add sev, coriander, tamarind-jaggery-dates paste and mix it well
4. Decorate it with sev and coriander and our dish is ready.

Sweet Corn Soup, sweet flavor of corn and little hotness of pepper makes it very popular among foodies.Try this sweet corn soup recipe and enjoy the warmth in this lovely winter.

Ingredients:
2 Cup Boiled Sweet Corns
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp All purpose Flour
1-2 tsp butter
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Green Chilies (Optional)
Salt: As per taste
Water: To make puree of sweet corns

Recipe:
1. Make puree of sweet corns.
2. Keep your pan on medium heat and add very little oil.
3. Now add butter. Once butter melts add all purpose flour and mix it well.
4. Now add finely chopped garlic and green chillies.
Tip: Just split the green chillies and add to get the hotness in soup.
5. Let it cook for couple of minutes.
6. Now add our sweet corn puree.
7. Once it starts boiling, add black pepper, salt and our dish is ready.

This is one of my Chinese food recipes.I feel, Chinese food is everyone's favorite cuisine. This Chinese Bhel recipe is very quick, yummy and much better than Chinese Fried Rice.

Ingredients:
100 gms Fried Noodles
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 to 1.5 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Cup Cabbage
1 Red Pepper
4-5 tbsp Spring Onion
2 to 3 tsp Oil
Salt : As per taste
Spring Onions: For Garnishing

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on medium heat and add just 1/2 tsp of oil.
2. Once oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste. Let it cook for few minutes.
3. Now add remaining oil, cabbage and red pepper. Let it cook for couple of minutes.
4. Now add all the sauces, salt and mix it well.
5. Add fried noodles, mix it well and our dish is ready.
6. Decorate it with spring onion and serve it hot.
Tip: Add noodles at the time of serving and serve it hot. As it contains sauces, it will become soggy after few minutes.

Cream Of Tomato Soup
Enjoy this restaurant style cream of tomato soup at home. You just need to follow few simple steps mentioned below!

Ingredients:

4 Boiled Tomato
2-3 tbsp Whipping Cream
3 tsp Corn Flour
Water:  As required to make corn flour paste
3 Cloves Of Garlic 
1 tsp Black Pepper
2-3 tsp Sugar
Salt: As per taste
1-2 tsp Butter
6-7 Croutons

Recipe:

1. Add water into corn flour and make smooth paste of it.
2. Peel off the skin of boiled tomatoes.
3. Grind tomatoes and make a smooth paste of it.
4. Keep your pan on medium heat and add butter to that.
Tip: Add little bit of oil before adding butter so that butter will not burn.
5. Once butter melts, add garlic and cook it for few minutes.
6. Now add tomato mixture, corn flour mixture and black pepper to that.
7. Now add whipping cream and mix it well.
7. Once the mixture starts boiling, switch off the heat.
8. Add sugar, salt and mix it well.
9. Take some portion into bowl, add croutons and serve it hot.

This is very simple and quick snack made up of 2 to 3 flours namely wheat flour, chickpea flour and rice flour. Enjoy the snack with ketchup, curd or simply, plain. It is one the best items to take with you while travelling.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Chickpea Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 to 3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2-3 tsp White Sesame Seeds 
2-3 tsp Hot Oil: For Mixing
Salt: As Per Taste
Oil: For Deep Frying
Water: For Kneading the dough

Recipe:
1. Mix wheat flour, chickpea flour and rice flour into large mixing bowl.
2. Add rest of the ingredients except hot oil and mix it well.
3. Now add hot oil and apply properly to the mixture.
4. Now slowly add water and knead the dough.
5. Make small portions of the dough and roll it into circle by using rolling pin.
6. Deep fry the puris and our dish is ready.
7. Serve it hot with ketchup or curd.
