Enjoy this delicious and healthy chat item. This Mataki Bhel / Sprouts Bhel is very easy to make and very very healthy. You can also use any other favorite sprout of your choice to make this sprouts recipe. Do Share your feedback !

Ingredients:
2 Cup Boiled Sprouts
1/2 Onion: Finely Chopped
1/2 Tomato: Finely Chopped
1/2 to 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Cup paste of Tamarind-Jaggery-Dates
1/2 Cup Sev
Coriander/Cilantro: For Decoration

Recipe:
1. Take sprouts in big bowl.
2. Add onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder and mix it well.
3. Now add sev, coriander, tamarind-jaggery-dates paste and mix it well
4. Decorate it with sev and coriander and our dish is ready.

Note : This recipe can cause food addiction. So ensure you stock up on the ingredients.

Ingredients:
4-5 Fried Papad
1 Onions
1 Tomatoes
Shev: For Garnishing
Coriander/Cilantro
Red chili powder
Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste
Yogurt
Note: There is no specific proportion of ingredients in this recipe. Just use the proportion as per your liking.You can also use tortilla instead of papad.

Recipe:
1. Take fried papad on plate.
2. Sprinkle red chili powder on it.
3. Now add onions, followed by tomatoes.
4. Add paste of tamarind-dates-jaggery and yogurt on top of it.
5. Decorate it with shev and coriander and our dish is ready.

Benefits:

Ingredients:
2 to 3 Bowl Rice Crispies
4 to 5 tbsp. Farsan
2 to 3 tbsp. Shev
2 to 3 tbsp. Papdi
2 to 3 tbsp.Gathi
4 to 5 tbsp.Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste
2 Medium Onions
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 tsp. Red Chili Powder
For garnishing : Shev &Coriander

Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste:
Please do refer my other blog which explains detail recipe of this paste.

Recipe:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. 
2. Add onions, tomatoes, Red chili powder and Tamarind-Dates-Jaggery Paste to the mixture. 
3. Mix all of this together and our 'Chatpati Bhel' is ready. 
4. Garnish it with shev and Coriander/Cilantro and  

Benefits:
1. One of the famous street foods of India.
