Amazing Hakka Noodles Recipe

Hakka Noodles Recipe
This recipe will show you how to make Hakka noodles at home and avoid oily and unhealthy street food. Lots of veggies make this a healthy alternative to pizza or burgers. Do try this recipe, and share your comments too.

Ingredients:
Capsicum   1/2  (Large)
Cabbage  3-4 tbsp 
Carrot  1/2  (Medium)
Onion  1/2 (small)
Spring onion  3-4 tbsp
Noodles          150gm
Ginger  1.5 tsp
Garlic  3 cloves
Soy Sauce (Light) 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce  1/2 tsp
Salt As per taste
Oil 3-4 tsp

Recipe:
1. Boil water and put noodles in it.
2. Immediately remove the noodles and wash by cold water, keep it aside.
3. Chop all the vegetables in thin slices.
4. Keep your pan on high heat and add oil.
5. Now, add finely chopped ginger, garlic and stir for 1-2 mins.
6. Once it starts changing it's color, add onions.
7. Cook the onions for couple of minutes and then add all other vegetables and half portion of spring onions.
8. Cook them for 1-2 mins. (Please make sure that they are not fully cooked because we want the vegetables to remain crispy).
9. Now add all the sauces and mix it well.
10.Add our par boiled noodles, salt, mix it well. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.

Schezwan Noodles - Chinese Noodles
This recipe is not only tangy and spicy, but very easy to make.You will be surprised that restaurant style noodles can be made so fast !!

Ingredients:
1 small onion chopped.
400 gms of noodles
Half bell pepper sliced
2 1/2 tbsp of ketchup
1/4 cup Schezwan sauce
3 tablespoon of ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoon of garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoon of cashews

Recipe:
1. Keep pan on high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.
2. Once oil is hot, add ginger and garlic. Still well.
3. Add onions and saute for another minute on high heat.
4. Add green pepper.
5. Add ketchup and stir well. Then add Schezwan Sauce.
6. Now add noodles, followed by a glass of water.
7. Cover it and cook on high for five minutes. ( stir in between )
8. Noodles are ready ! Garnish with cashews
