Hara Bhara Kabab

A good tea time snack, healthy snack, starter, appetizer, item for kids tiffin....part of so many categories! Here is my version of Hara Bhara Kabab..can be made very quickly and very very yummy :) Do share your feedback! 

Ingredients:
1 Big Boiled Potato
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/2 Cup Spinach
3-4 tbsp Coriander/Cilantro
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
3-4 Green Chilies
1" Ginger
Corn Flour: As required
Salt: As per taste
Oil: For shallow Frying
Cashew Nuts: For Decoration
Water: As required for boiling spinach & Green Peas

Recipe:
1. Boil spinach for 5-10 mins and remove excessive water aside.
2. Cook green peas, remove excessive water and keep it aside.
3. Mix spinach, green peas, ginger, green chilies, coriander/cilantro.
4. Grind them together and make a smooth paste.
5. Mash potatoes and add above paste, garam masala, chat masala, salt and mix it well.
6. Now slowly add corn flour to make a dough with soft consistency.
7. Make small portions of the dough and make small patties.
8. Decorate it with cashew nuts and shallow fry from both sides and our dish is ready.

Paneer Manchurian - Indo Chinese Recipe

Paneer Manchurian
Paneer Manchurian is favorite dish of almost everyone :) It is very famous indo-chinese starters in many of the restaurants. This dish can be made up in two styles..dry Manchurian or Manchurian with gravy. This recipe tells you about dry 'Paneer Manchurian'.

Ingredients:
For Paneer:
200 gms (1/2 lbs) Paneer (cottage cheese)
3 tablespoons Maida (all purpose flour)
2 tablespoons Rice Flour
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
Cooking Oil
Salt
1/4 cup Water

For Sauté
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chili, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped Spring Onion
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
1.5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
5 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
Salt

Recipe:
For Paneer:
1. Take all purpose flour , rice flour into a big bowl.
2. Now add ginger, garlic to it. Now add water to make thick paste.
3. Marinate paneer pieces into this batter and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, deep fry it and keep it aside.

For Sauce:
1. Keep your pan on medium heat.
2. Add ginger, garlic paste,onions, green chilies and mix it well
3. Cook it till onions become transparent.
4. Now add capsicum and let it cook for another few minutes.
5. Now add all the sauces, salt and mix it properly.
6. Add fried paneer into sauce, cover each piece of paneer with sauce and our dish is ready :)

Benefits:
