Spicy Tofu Recipe - Scrambled Tofu Recipe - Vegan Recipe
Tofu is made from Soy and not only vegan but an excellent source of protein. Think of Tofu as an alternative to Paneer, but with way less fats. Try this recipe of spicy scrambled tofu, and enjoy with breads or rice ( Cauliflower Rice !! ) and do share and post your comments.Please do share your feedback. Happy Cooking


Ingredients:
2    tbsp Clarified Butter / Ghee
2    tsp Cumin Seeds
1    tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
2    Chopped green chilli
1    Medium sized finely chopped onion
1    Medium sized finely chopped tomato
1    tsp black pepper powder
1    tsp garam masala
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
15-20 cashew-nuts
450 gm Tofu
2    tsp Coriander

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on medium heat.
2. Once pan is hot, add clarified butter or ghee.
3. Now add cumin seeds and mix it for few seconds.
4. Add onion, tomato and all other spices. let it cook for few minutes.
5. Now add scrambled tofu and mix it well.
6. let it cook for few minutes.
7. Now add coriander 
7. Serve it with Naan/Roti or have it just as it is.

Notes:
1. This is very good source of protein for vegetarians.

Chicken Tikka Recipe | High Protein Snack | Healthy Snack | Build Muscle | Lean Protein


Chicken Tikka Recipe
This quick chicken tikka recipe does not need overnight marination or a big list of spices and ingredients. Treat yourself to a very healthy snack or even a meal, paired with lemon or healthy fats like Avocado. Very quick to make, cheap and easy protein snack for all those who are into fitness or want to build muscle. An average chicken breast has around 34 gm of high quality protein.

Ingredients:
1 Diced Chicken Breast 
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix it well. (add just a tsp of oil)
2. Keep it aside for 15 mins.
3. Keep your pan on high heat and add 1 tsp oil.
4. Once oil is hot, add marinated chicken to it. Stir it for few mins.
5. Cover it with lid and cook it for around 4 mins.
6. Once it is cooked, you can easily cut using spatula.

Healthy Quinoa Recipe
Quinoa Recipe
Quinoa is like a God's Gift for all the vegetarians ! An awesome and high quality source of Protein and that's why I use it often in my recipes. Healthy, full of nutrients and kids favorite ! Try it and do let me know your feedback.

Ingredients:
4 Cup Boiled Quinoa
1 Boiled Potato
1 Bunch of Spring Onions (7-8 Sticks)
1/2 Bunch Of Coriander/Cilantro
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
7-8 Garlic Cloves
8-10 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Lime Juice
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt: As per taste

Recipe:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together except bread crumbs and grind them.
2. Now add bread crumbs, salt and mix it well to form soft dough.
3. Make small portions of the mixture and press it to form small disc.
4. Shallow fry them and our dish is ready.

1. High Source of protein.
2. Best dish for kids tiffin.
3. Easy, quick and simply mouthwatering.
