Kadhai Paneer Recipe - Indian Restaurant Style Cottage Cheese

Kadhai Paneer / Kadai Paneer
This recipe shows how to make the Indian Cottage Cheese Recipe , Kadhai Paneer, exactly how you get in Indian Restaurants. Enjoy it with bread / naan or even steamed rice. Recipe by Sayali, from SayalisKitchen :)

Ingredients:
200 gm Paneer
1 inch Ginger
2-3 Cloves Of Garlic 
1 tsp Coriander Powder
3/4 tsp Garam Masala
3/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
4-5 Dried Red Chilies
1/2 Green Capsicum/Green Bell Pepper
1.5 Onion
1 Tomato
1/4 Cup of cream
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander/Cilantro: For Garnishing
Salt: As Per Taste
Water: As Required

Recipe:
1. Keep our pan on medium heat and add oil to that.
2. Once the oil is little bit hot, add butter to the pan.
3. Now add red chilies, ginger, garlic and mix it well. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add onions and let it cook till onions become transparent.
5. Now add tomatoes and let it cook for few more minutes.
6. Now add all the spices and mix it proerly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Switch off the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
7. Once the mixture is cool down, just grind it together to make puree.
8. Keep other pan on gas and add little bit oil to that.
9. Once oil is hot, add asafoetida and turmeric powder to that.
10. Pour our puree into pan followed by paneer and mix it well. (Add water if required)
11. Let is cook for few more minutes and then add green pepper.
12. Finally add cream and salt, gently mix it. 
13. Decorate it with coriander and our dish is ready.

Ingredients:
500 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
3 and half bowl of Spinach/Palak Puree
2 Dried Red Chili
1 Medium Onion
5 Garlic (Petals Of Garlic)
1 tbsp. Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
1/4 tsp. Amchur Powder
Salt

Recipe:
1. The first step is to make puree of spinach. To make the puree, first boil it in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Once it is cool, grind it to make puree.  
2. Keep your pan on medium heat and add oil to that.  
3. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds followed by dried red chili.  
4. Now add garlic and mix it well. Let it cook for few seconds.  
5. Now add onions and mix it properly. Let the onions cook till it change its color.  
6. Now add garam masala and amchur powder to the mixture.  
7. Now add paneer and mix it properly. Cover it with lid and let it cook for few minutes.  
8. Finally add salt and our 'Palak Paneer' is ready.

Ingredients:
500 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
1 Big Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Big Bell Paper
2.5 tsp Coconut Chutney
1.5 tsp. Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Black Paper
1 tsp. Cyan Paper
1 tsp. Cumin Powder
1.5 tsp. Cumin - Coriander Powder
3 tsp. Vegetable Oil
Coriander/Cilantro for garnishing
Salt as per taste

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on low heat and add oil to that.
2. Once the oil is hot, add onion to it. Let the onions cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add tomatoes to the mixture. Along with tomatoes also add all the spices except black paper and coconut chutney.
4. Mix onions and tomatoes with all the spices properly.
5. Cover it with lid and let them cook for 2 minutes.
6. Now add paneer or cottage cheese to the mixture, cover it with lid and let the mixture cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Now add capsicum, coconut chutney and black paper and mix it properly.
8. Cover it with lid and let it cook for few more seconds.
9. Now add coriander and salt and our paneer bhurji is ready.
