An Indian flatbread recipe | Roti Recipe | Phulka Recipe | Chapati Recipe | Poli Recipe

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour   2 Cups
Oil                           6 tsp 
Salt                         1.5 tsp approx.
Hot water                1.25 Cup

Recipe:
1. Take a big bowl.
2. Add whole wheat flour, salt and oil to that and mix it well.
3. Now add boiling water slowly and mix it with spoon.
4. Knead the dough till it is soft.
5. Now wrap the dough in plastic bag or Ziploc for 15 mins.
6. Take small portion of the dough and make a small ball.
7. By using rolling pin flatten the ball.
8. By using one small bowl, make small small chapatis out of it.
9. Keep the pan on high flame and roast the poli from both sides.
10. Serve immediately.

Chinese Bhel Recipe - Better than Chinese Fried Rice

This is one of my Chinese food recipes.I feel, Chinese food is everyone's favorite cuisine. This Chinese Bhel recipe is very quick, yummy and much better than Chinese Fried Rice.

Ingredients:
100 gms Fried Noodles
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 to 1.5 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Cup Cabbage
1 Red Pepper
4-5 tbsp Spring Onion
2 to 3 tsp Oil
Salt : As per taste
Spring Onions: For Garnishing

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on medium heat and add just 1/2 tsp of oil.
2. Once oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste. Let it cook for few minutes.
3. Now add remaining oil, cabbage and red pepper. Let it cook for couple of minutes.
4. Now add all the sauces, salt and mix it well.
5. Add fried noodles, mix it well and our dish is ready.
6. Decorate it with spring onion and serve it hot.
Tip: Add noodles at the time of serving and serve it hot. As it contains sauces, it will become soggy after few minutes.

This one is very popular street food from parts of India like Gujarat, Mumbai-Maharashtra.
This mouthwatering dish is originated from Kutch-Gujrat, made up of potato stuffing inside bread/dinner rolls and decorated with sev and pomegranate.

Ingredients:
1 Onion
1 Mashed Potato
2 tsp Dabeli Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2-3 tsp Tamarind-Jaggery-Dates Paste
2-3 tsp Coriander
2-3 tsp Pomegranate
1.5 tsp butter
5-6 Dinner Rolls
2-3 tbsp Spicy & Roasted Peanuts
Salt: As per taste
Sev: For Decoration
Tamaring-Jaggery-Dates Paste: For Dipping

For Tempering:
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 tsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe:
Stuffing:
1. Keep you pan on medium heat and add oil to that.
2. Once oil is hot, add cumin seeds.
3. Add Onions and let is cook till they become transparent.
4. Add dabeli masala, red chilli powder followed mashed potato.
5. Add tamanrind-jaggery-dates paste.
6. Now add salt, coriander, mix it well and our dish is ready.
7. Spread the mixture on plate. Decorate it with spicy and roasted peanuts,pomegranate, sev.

Final Product:
1. Cut the dinner rolls from middle.
2. Apply butter from all sides and roast it for few seconds.
3. Apply tamarind-jaggery-dates paste from inside.
4. Now put out stuffing followed by spicy & roasted peanuts and pomegranate
5. Close the dinner rolls and again roast it for few seconds.
6. Dip it in tamarind-jaggery-dates paste and then dip it in sev and serve it hot.

Dabeli Masala
This dabeli masala recipe is very simple and easy to make. This is used in very popular street food called as 'Dabeli' which is famous in parts of India like Gujarat, Mumbai-Maharashtra.

Ingredients:
3 Red Chillies
3 tsp Coriander Powder/Coriander Seeds
1.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
1.5 tsp Cumin Seeds
1.5 inch Cinnamon
6-8 Cloves
3/4 tsp Red Chili Powder

Recipe:
1. Keep your pan on low heat.
2. Roast all your ingredients except powder for couple of minutes.
3. Once it is cool down, grind all the ingredients and our dish is read.
4. Store it in air tight container for further use.

Ingredients:
200 gm Paneer
1 inch Ginger
2-3 Cloves Of Garlic 
1 tsp Coriander Powder
3/4 tsp Garam Masala
3/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
4-5 Dried Red Chilies
1/2 Green Capsicum/Green Bell Pepper
1.5 Onion
1 Tomato
1/4 Cup of cream
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander/Cilantro: For Garnishing
Salt: As Per Taste
Water: As Required

Recipe:
1. Keep our pan on medium heat and add oil to that.
2. Once the oil is little bit hot, add butter to the pan.
3. Now add red chilies, ginger, garlic and mix it well. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add onions and let it cook till onions become transparent.
5. Now add tomatoes and let it cook for few more minutes.
6. Now add all the spices and mix it proerly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Switch off the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
7. Once the mixture is cool down, just grind it together to make puree.
8. Keep other pan on gas and add little bit oil to that.
9. Once oil is hot, add asafoetida and turmeric powder to that.
10. Pour our puree into pan followed by paneer and mix it well. (Add water if required)
11. Let is cook for few more minutes and then add green pepper.
12. Finally add cream and salt, gently mix it. 
13. Decorate it with coriander and our dish is ready.
