Chutney - Green Chutney
Coconut chutney / green chutney is the essential ingredient of not only sandwiches but also enhances the snacks like Samosa, Kachori and Pakodas !!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Grated Coconut
1/2 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Coriander / Cilantro
1-2 tsp Curd/Yogurt
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
Water (Optional)

Recipe:

1. Take mixer/grinder and grind all the ingredients together.
2. Add water if chutney is little bit thick and our chutney is ready.

Benefits:

1. Very healthy as it contains cilantro, curd etc.
2. Can be used as side dish with many Maharashtrian cuisine such as Batata Wada, Kothimbir Vada, Sandwitches etc.
3. Can be made within 2-3 minutes.
